“WAS CHRIST NAILED TO THE CROSS
OR SIMPLY BOUND?”
Dear Reader, a breathtaking blasphemy making
the rounds, is that Christ was not nailed to the cross but
simply bound.
Oh yes, these
‘giants’ of the Greek, way surpassing
the knowledge of the 1611 King James translators, assert with the
greatest
confidence that nails were not used in Christ’s hands and feet.
“Oh yes” they say “a sword pierced his side and a
crown of thorns was placed on his head, but no nails were used
to nail
him to the cross!”
Their argument is based on their assertion that the Bible
Greek does not have a word for nail.
I mean … yes Dear Reader, I listened to a fellow the
other day, actually say this!
In addition they reckon that the remains of a man from
the 1st century was found only bound to a cross …
not nailed.
Completely ignoring any Bible of any version,
lectionary, Bible notes, commentaries, manuscripts, uncials and
miniscules and
the 1611 King James Bible translators, these ministers of Satan assert
that
nails could not be used as that would break bones and therefore
disagree
with scriptures (Psalm 34:20).
Crowning themselves as failures of Anatomy 101,
it is obvious to a six year old, that nails can pierce the hands and
the feet
without breaking any bones.
The hand in the Bible is not merely the palm, but goes
up just beyond the wrist where a nail can pierce between the radius and
the
ulna, with the wrist carpels preventing slipping.
Dear Reader, it all boils down to this … the fact of
the matter is that … Satan
hates blood of any kind …
animal or
human, as
blood means life … and Satan hates life … as he has come to rob
steal
kill and destroy God’s creation.
So here’s the thing, Satan would try and limit
any blood issuing from the cross … using these false scholars.
So
if these scripture twisters want to ignore the following scripture …
“The
other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he
said
unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the
nails,
and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my
hand into
his side, I will not believe.? (John
20:25)
… what are these nail-deniers going to do with
the following verse …
“For
dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me:
they pierced
my hands and my feet.” (Psalm
22:16)
And
lastly we have the precedent of Moses putting blood on the tip of
Aaron’s right
ear, and his sons’ right ears (Christ would have had blood coming from
his ears
as well owing to the crown of thorns on his head); followed by blood on
their
right hands and on their right feet with the following scripture …
“And
he slew it; and Moses took of the blood of it (the
ram), and put it upon the tip of Aaron's right ear,
and upon
the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of
his right
foot. And he brought Aaron's sons, and Moses put of the
blood upon
the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumbs of their right
hands,
and upon the great toes of their right feet: and Moses
sprinkled the
blood upon the altar round about.” (Leviticus 8:23-24)
A
symbolical shadow of Christ sitting on the right hand of God in heaven
(Hebrew
1:3).
I
mean what
next? … Are these ‘brilliant’ scholars going to assert that the
soldiers only
put a woollen beanie on Christ’s head … and not a crown of
thorns?
