DON’T …
BUT BULLINGER SAYS THEY DO!”
And
where does he get this from?
“But
I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all
the earth,
and their words unto the ends of the world.” (Romans 10:18)
“Yes
Dear Reader, the heavens, the stars and the planets can actually speak
words … didn’t
you know this?” says Bullinger … pretending to be wise (Romans 1:22)
Bullinger
wrongfully refers to the Old Testament verses as follows …

The
heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament
sheweth his
handywork.

Day
unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth
knowledge.

There
is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Their
line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to
the end
of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, (Psalm
19:1-6)
Now,
as of November 2024, there are 7164 languages and 160
dialects in
the world … from Afrikaans to Zulu.
Does
this mean that a particular star for example … speaks all these
languages and
dialects all at once?
Does
this mean a Zulu looks into the sky and hears the stars speaking Zulu
while at
the very same moment an Afrikaan man hears it speak Afrikaan?
And
would that be possible for the Lord? Is there anything too hard for the
LORD
(Genesis 18:14)? Of
course not!
Why
we have the ass talking to Balaam (Numbers 22:28) and
the stones
able to cry out (Luke 19:40)
… not that they did!
Furthermore,
but in a slightly different context, we have the LORD making the men at
Babel
to speak in different languages … all at the same time
(Genesis
11:9).
But
is there another possibility for the words, languages and voice rather
than the
literal meaning of these words?
The
reason we say that Bullinger misunderstands the scriptures, is to be
found in
the Romans verse …
Because
that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed
it unto
them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the
world are
clearly SEEN, being understood by the things that are made
(that’s
us) , even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without
excuse: (Romans
1:19-20).
Now
the explanation of the word “line” is as follows.
We
have the phrase of their
line to put it into context.

Because
that which may be known of God is MANIFEST IN THEM; for God

it unto them.

For
the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are CLEARLY
SEEN,
being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power
and
Godhead; so that they are WITHOUT EXCUSE:

thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish
heart was
darkened. (Romans 1:19-21)
Looking
at creation, everyone one knows there is a God … because
where there is
organized information there must be a creator.
This
means that no-one needs the stars actually speaking actual words to
prove this.
